COVID - 19 Update from our Chief Executive: 04.01.2021
January 2021 - we are fully open working hard to deliver transactions enabling our clients and customers to enjoy a better quality of life
Hygiene Optimised – safely back to work
As a family run company for over 40 years, our continued priority is the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients, customers and the whole of our local community. I do hope you are all keeping safe and well during this time.
We want to remind everyone that we have been a ‘Covid Secure’ business since 13th May 2020 and are fully open and trading within industry guidelines.
Our well established best practices are fully operational and as the market leader, we have intelligent and responsible colleagues who are very much ready, willing and able to carry out safe valuations and viewings under our strict policies. In addition our offices are fully prepared including social distancing measures in place.
Comprehensive web data and high levels of customer enquiries over the Christmas period demonstrate persistent demand across both sales and lettings so please get in touch.
We will continue to work hard at Pedder in a variety of areas including:
- Assisting our clients, customers and the local community with ongoing property related matters
- Further refining and developing our ‘Hygiene optimised – safely back to work’ campaign to support our Cyber Essentials Certification
- Communicating and embracing our core brand value as ‘the safest property services company in SE London’
- Refining and delivering working practices and policies to allow business to be transacted in confidence including virtual valuations and viewings. In particular we continue to focus on reducing the amount of social interaction required by using video tours where possible as a substitute for first viewings. This has reduced viewing levels by ca. 50% and in addition reduce our company’s CO2 emissions by reducing car use.
Wishing you all good health.
With my best wishes
Alex Pedder
